It’s the way the invisible chef does it! A gourmet evening to discover or rediscover delicate flavors, all while sharing, each one chooses according to his or her desires.

All in Japan

Miso soup, edamame, selection of sweets, sushi sharing tray of 200 pieces: nigiris, flambé salmon, maki, california rolls, sashimis, tartar balls. Varieties of fish according to the fresh delivery: tuna, salmon, lean, mullet, and yellow tail.

Flavours of Asia

Steamed dumplings, chicken or salmon spring rolls, spicy soups and/or soups of distant flavours (coriander, star anise, ginger…). Vegetables, tofu, beef woks lightly seared and deliciously melting. Fried chicken noodles with peanuts and fresh mushrooms.

Indian Spirit

Spices, fragrances, a unique atmosphere and a chef in a traditional outfit!
Whether you like spicy food or not, India will suit your palate.
Vegetarian version: vegetable curry, chapatis, cheese naan, lentil dahl, egg vindaloo, basmati rice.
Meat version: chicken tikka or tandoori, beef massala, rice with spices and cooked vegetables, naan with vegan cheese.

  • Mullet fish tartar, diced radish and cucumber, mushrooms and toast.
  • Broccoli and cauliflower couscous, creamy vinaigrette and gazpacho.

Main dish of your choice:

  • ½ roasted duck breast or in orange sauce, roasted golden apples, green beans bundle with smoked shoulder.

  • Tagliatelle minute and homemade Genovese pesto, European Sea Bass fillet with shallot butter.

  • Small crispy vegetables wok phad thai style with slices of beef fillet (or tofu).

  • Salmon sesame tartar balls and miso.

  • Lightly roasted beef filet, creamy fresh mashed potatoes with nutmeg, baked cherry tomatoes.

  • Plateau of Japanese delicacies (tuna, salmon and sea bream may vary).

Workshops are an opportunity to learn while having fun. A real tasting at the end of the workshop A lot of fun and refined cuisine is guaranteed!

Our Workshops

300 NIS PER GUEST

Minimum 4 participants. 250 nis per each additional participant.

Duration: 4 hours

Each workshop includes the ingredients, utensils, chef’s cooking secrets, preparation of each dish and a tasting.

Sushi: nigris, makis, sashimi, california rolls, sushi balls.

Fresh pastas: lasagne, spaghetti, tagliatelle, ravioli.

Pizzas: pizza dough, sauces and toppings.

Additional workshops are available upon request (Indian, Thai,…)
